Dear Sir/Madam,
I tried reaching you on
phone but could not connect. I am the Wedding Organizier would like to book a
Ballroom in your hotel. We need to conduct a Wedding Party for Our Client.
We are planning to run
this event on 18th of February from 7 pm to 10 pm. According to my estimations,
I will need to be accommodated for 300 people. We will need a big Ballroom hall
to accommodate our members and a smaller room next to Ballroom and 4 Deluxe Rooms.
We will need hundred
chairs,We will need Eight Round Tables With Six Chairs, microphone and a good
sound system in the Ballroom hall. In the smaller room, we need international
Buffet Dinner menu, Complimentary Special Designed 5 Tiers Wedding cake For the
Bride and Groom 2 Nights Accomodation in our luxurious Bridal suite, Elegance
Buffet 1 and Elegance Buffet 2 (Appetizer, Salad Bar, Soup, Signature Dish, Hot
Buffet, Dessert).
We would also like the
hotel to arrange for Dinner. I would appreciate your faxing me the menu choices
as soon as possible, but no later than Saturday, December 28th.
We would like to know
the projected costs for our a day event Wedding Party. Could you fax or e-mail
me your cost projections by December 14th? I will give you the final
confirmation of our reservation by close of
business on the December 14th.
