Dear Ms. Hesty
Thank you for your
November 29 letter expressing interest in Shangri La Hotel. This letter will
confirm your plan to book a Ballroom hall in our hotel.
We understand Your
Wedding Organizer would like to reserve our rooms facilities 18th of February.
At least a 300 people will attend your Wedding Party. Your will need a Ballroom
hall and a smaller room next to Ballroom hall and 4 Deluxe Rooms.We will Provide a hundred
chairs,We will need Eight Round Tables With Six Chairs, microphone and a good
sound system in the Ballroom hall. In the smaller room, we need international
Buffet Dinner menu, Complimentary Special Designed 5 Tiers Wedding cake For the
Bride and Groom 2 Nights Accomodation in our luxurious Bridal suite, Elegance
Buffet 1 and Elegance Buffet 2 (Appetizer, Salad Bar, Soup, Signature Dish, Hot
Buffet, Dessert).
As you requested, we
will provide twenty round tables with five chairs in each table, a microphone
wireless, as well as a sound system.
In the smaller room, we
will provide two rectangular tables, Four sofas. Please let us know whether you
want a small or long sofa. This request can be submitted one week before the
Wedding Party.
We will provide a
buffet Dinner. The menu choices were faxed to you yesterday. Please tell us
your menu selections one Month before the Wedding Party.
As you requested, I
faxed the projected cost yesterday. After you decide on required equipment and
the type of Dinner we can finalize the cost estimate.
I appreciate having the
opportunity to plan your meeting. We invited you to come to our hotel to look
our facilities and face to face meeting in order to discuss everything in
detail anytime you can.
